Roaster's Notes
This is a well-balanced, medium acidity coffee resulting in a smooth cup and creamy mouth feel with tactile body. This blend is roasted to a medium-dark profile, which accentuates caramel and nutty aromas, evident across many beverages, the espresso has body and a voluptuous mouth feel which will cut through milk well for popular beverages such as cafe latte.
